Terms
Hourly errands do not include the costs of any items purchased. You have the option of providing cash, check or pre-purchasing with MasterCard, Visa American Express or Discover for purchases that Errands for Hire will pick up or purchase for you. There is a 10% fee for the costs of item(s) purchased with Errands for Hire funds. This fee is non-refundable and due and payable upon delivery of item(s).
Estimates will be provided in advance for number of hours it will take for Errands for Hire to provide services requested and are due and payable upon completion of the task. No future work will be performed by Errands for Hire until payment is made.
Errands for Hire will provide you with services by the hour, or you may sign up for monthly membership based on the services you are requesting and the hours estimated per month to perform those services. In the event of monthly membership, Errands for Hire will invoice you at the beginning of the month for those hours and that invoice is due and payable upon receipt.
Conditions
• Should you select Monthly Membership and utilize additional hours over those estimated, you can either purchase additional hours or another package.
• All unused Monthly Membership hours will roll over to the next month as long as another monthly package is purchased.
• We will respond to all requests within 24 hours. However, 24 hour lead time must be provided for all requests. We work on a first come, first served basis and will attempt to accommodate requests.
• Errands for Hire has the right to refuse any business it deems unsafe and unsuitable.
• Credit cards will not be charged unless the client fails to provide an alternative method of payment on completion of services.
• Errands for Hire reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
• Travel time is included in estimated hours.
